The edifice itself was designed by Philippe Chiambaretta Architecte. With its exceptional volumes, large panoramic windows and exposed concrete structure with Brutalist accents, the building brings a refreshing twist to rue Legendre. All this was accomplished thanks to a major effort to rehabilitate the building's heritage: the preexisting structure and foundations were sublimated, underlining the project's creative and perennial approach.
