Brad Frazier brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales and leadership experience to his new role. Most recently serving as Vice President of Sales for TPG Hotels & Resorts, Frazier previously held senior leadership positions with Highgate and Aimbridge Hospitality, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale sales organizations, implemented high-impact revenue strategies, and driven top-line performance across diverse portfolios. At Dreamscape, Frazier will oversee a portfolio of hotels and ownership groups, focusing on expanding brand partnerships, driving revenue generation, and optimizing portfolio performance.

Nicholas Bertling has been appointed as Digital Marketing Specialist at Dreamscape Hospitality

Nicholas Bertling joins Dreamscape as Digital Marketing Specialist, bringing a strong background managing digital performance, e-commerce, and brand marketing for Hilton and IHG properties. Most recently Manager of Marketing & Digital at Aimbridge Hospitality, Nic specializes in SEO, paid media, and digital optimization strategies that drive direct-booking growth and elevate brand presence.

Richard Taylor has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa

With over 13 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and events management, Richard has lead teams in complex domestic and transnational markets. Prior to Hyatt, Richard held executive roles at the Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront, as well as the Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel. His well-rounded experience includes a Master's of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the Payne School of Business at San Diego State University.
