2025 Opening for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Andaz Turks & Caicos will be the first Hyatt property on the island and is on track to debut in late 2025. Grace Bay Resorts Plans for May 2024 of South Bank, Turks and Caicos 

Grace Bay Resorts' newest luxury residential resort and marina, South Bank, features several waterfront neighborhoods along 31 acres of quiet shoreline in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Developed by Windward, the distinctive waterfront properties include The Launch, a collection of contemporary boathouses with dedicated docks; The Lagoon and Ocean Estate, comprising spacious standalone homes that capture the essence of beach and oceanfront living; Boat Houses, which are strategically positioned along the marina waterfront; and Arc, a six-story residential building that encompasses Sky Villas designed by world-renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni. Fall 2024 Opening for The Strand, Turks and Caicos

Opening in Fall 2024, The Strand is a thoughtfully crafted luxury resort and residential community in the heart of Cooper Jack Bay with 41 luxury beachfront villas and custom residences available for purchase or overnight accommodations. Marriott announces first Marriott All-Inclusive in the Dominican Republic

Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America announced today the latest addition to its All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy portfolio with the signing of Marriott Miches Beach, An All-Inclusive Resort, currently the Sunrise Miches Beach Resort in Dominican Republic. Set to undergo a conversion process commencing in the second quarter of 2024, the resort is slated to open its doors under the Marriott Hotels brand in the first quarter of 2025.
