Christophe Hilty has been appointed as General Manager at Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco today announced the appointment of Christophe Hilty as General Manager. In this role, Christophe Hilty will lead the highly anticipated hotel’s pre-opening journey ahead of its expected early 2027 debut, bringing more than 25 years of international luxury hospitality experience to the Park Hyatt brand’s forthcoming arrival in Mexico City.

Dan Peterson has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Avion Hospitality

Peterson transitions from his previous role as senior vice president of operations. In his new position, he will oversee company-wide hotel operations, brand relationships, operational strategy and field leadership across Avion’s growing portfolio.  Since joining Avion, Peterson has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s operational platform and strengthening relationships with ownership groups and brand partners.

Kara Glamore has been appointed as General Manager, Australia & New Zealand at Virtuoso

Virtuoso, the leading global network specialising in luxury and experiential travel, today announced the appointment of Kara Glamore as General Manager, Australia & New Zealand. Glamore joins Virtuoso having held senior regional roles in cruise and retail sectors, most recently as Vice President ANZ (Regional GM) at Carnival Cruise Line, where she was awarded Travel Weekly’s Female Executive of the Year in 2024. Her appointment comes as Greg Treasure steps into retirement following more than two years heading up the region for Virtuoso.

Raina Spasov has been appointed as General Manager at The Drake Oak Brook, Autograph Collection

The Drake Oak Brook, Autograph Collection, today announced the appointment of Raina Spasov as General Manager. In her new role, Spasov will oversee operations of the 154-room hotel, located just outside Chicago in the exclusive suburban enclave of Oak Brook, Illinois.
