With over a decade of experience, Destouches started his career in his native country of France before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2015, acquiring the position of assistant pastry chef at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. There, he oversaw seven restaurants. Most recently, Destouches was the executive pastry chef at Bvlgari Resort, Dubai. Holding the position since 2019, he oversaw six restaurants, with a team of 18 chefs.
