Montage International to Develop Montage and Pendry Resorts in Punta Mita

Montage International and DINE have reached an agreement for the development of both a Montage and a Pendry resort within the 1,500-acre, private peninsula master-development community of Punta Mita in Mexico's Riviera Nayarit. Set to open in 2026, the new resorts will include Montage Punta Mita with branded Montage Residences and Pendry Punta Mita with branded Pendry Residences.
