Hyatt Centric Winnipeg Downtown (2025) is expected to be the second Hyatt Centric hotel in Canada and will be in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, home to a vibrant arts and music scene, world-class museums, and stunning outdoor attractions. The lifestyle hotel will offer 140 modern guestrooms and suites, approximately 1,200 square feet of meeting space, a signature restaurant and bar and an open concept lobby that will capture the local spirit and inspire guests to get out and explore. The property is owned and will be operated by The Kothari Group.

Terra Unveils Plans for Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach will soon welcome its first branded luxury real estate development. Terra, one of South Florida's most active real estate development firms, and the Palm Beach-based Morrison family's Sympatico Real Estate, have unveiled plans for Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach, Florida. Located at 320 Lakeview Avenue, in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach along South Dixie Highway, the 25-story condominium hotel will include 110 rooms alongside 146 branded residences. The development's standout features will include a signature Bellini restaurant and lounge and an exceptional rooftop pool deck showcasing unobstructed views of Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Construction of the project is slated to begin in early 2024 and wrap up in 2026.

City of Raleigh Selects Omni Hotels & Resorts for 550-Room Convention Hotel
