Su Casa is the former estate of historical figure Clara Livingston, the 200th licensed female pilot and 11th female helicopter pilot in the world. The expansive five-bedroom 1920s Spanish style hacienda villa spans 8,000 square feet along the beach and has an open-concept floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows.
