Five-star resort Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay today announces the third and final stage of its extensive renovation, which will take place this fall ahead of a spring 2023 relaunch. Part of the well-known Wyndham Hotels portfolio, Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay is set on a pristine bay on the north-east coast of the Greek island of Crete, easily reachable from popular destinations Elounda and Agios Nikolaos. Owned and managed by Zeus International, Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay underwent an initial redesign in 2019, and a phase two renovation in 2022 to modernise the rooms and elevate the guest experience. For phase three of the renovation, Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay will unveil the final remodelling of 108 rooms, six new room categories all with private pools, and an all-new main swimming pool with an infinity overflow.

PANDOX signs a new lease agreement with Citybox for a hotel property in central Brussels

Pandox AB has signed a lease agreement with the Norwegian operator Citybox for the current NH Brussels Louise, which Pandox acquired earlier in 2022. The lease agreement is expected to become effective during the first half of 2024 when the hotel reopens after an extensive renovation. The lease is revenue-based with a minimum rent and runs over 25 years with an option for a further 10 years.

Hard Rock Hotel Marbella Opens Following Complete Renovation

14th July marked the opening of Marbella's hotly anticipated new property, Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, after a full renovation. The adults-only property will offer unique experiences through its state-of-the-art facilities and services, while reflecting the immersive music environment for which Hard Rock Hotels are known.The new property, acquired in June 2021 by Stoneweg and Bain Capital Credit, the real estate investment firm, and managed by Palladium Hotel Group, has been designed by international designers Studio Gronda. It will be Palladium Hotel Group's third Hard Rock Hotel operated and also the group's third hotel located in the Costa Del Sol.
