Sean M. Dell’Orto has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Park Hotels & Resorts

Park's Board of Directors has appointed Sean M. Dell'Orto as Chief Operating Officer, effective February 12, 2026. Mr. Dell'Orto will also continue to serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, roles he has held since the Company's spin from Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. in 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, he will have additional oversight and responsibility for day-to-day execution, and coordinating alignment, of the Company's internal operations with its strategy and business plans. The executive leadership team will continue to report to Park's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas J. Baltimore, Jr.

Dan Briks has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton New York Times Square

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the appointment of Dan Briks as general manager of the 478-room Hilton New York Times Square. In this role, Briks will lead the team across all aspects of hotel operations, including sales and marketing and guest services. An accomplished hospitality veteran with more than 20 years of leadership experience in New York City's premier hotels, Briks joins Hilton New York Times Square from Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton, where he served as general manager since 2021. During his tenure, he successfully reopened the hotel following a two-year closure, oversaw the introduction of new food and beverage outlets, and recently led the renovation of the hotel's lobby.
