Most recently, he served as Director of Leisure Sales at Montage Healdsburg, where he played a key role in launching the Harvest Home Residences and exceeded year-over-year revenue goals through targeted trade partnerships and innovative sales activations.Prior to Montage, Strawn spent eight years at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., holding progressive leadership roles across operations and sales. In 2018, he was recognized as Manager of the Year for his leadership during the resort's $400 million renovation and its high-profile transition from Starwood to Marriott. He began his career at Island Hotel Newport Beach, where he helped establish the hotel's in-house reservations and front-of-house operations teams.Outside of work, Strawn and his husband, Matthew, share a passion for travel, great wine, and international adventures often planned around visits to iconic theme parks. Their dog, Molly, completes the family.
