Viceroy Hotel Group today announces plans to bring a provocative new luxury hospitality experience to the dynamic resort destination of Los Cabos, Mexico. In a groundbreaking move by the hospitality brand, Viceroy Los Cabos will open in Spring 2018, having taken over management of Hotel Mar Adentro, originally created by leading Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés. The striking hotel will re-launch as Viceroy Los Cabos, the group's 14th property, and a member of The Viceroy Icon Collection. Rosewood Puebla opens on UNESCO site

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced the 2017 opening of Rosewood Puebla, its fourth property in Mexico and first in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Puebla. Situated 75 miles to the southeast of Mexico City, Puebla is renowned for its colonial architecture, traditional cuisine and colourful ceramics. Elandis completes the structure of Hyatt Place Macaé Hotel in Brazil

Elandis, an international hospitality and real estate ownership, development and property management subsidiary of the Libra Group, announced today that it has completed the structure of Hyatt Place Macaé Hotel in Brazil. The 141-guestroom hotel is a joint project development with an affiliate of Hyatt, and will be located 110 miles northeast of Rio de Janeiro. The oceanfront hotel is slated to open in February 2018.
