Bill McKinney has been appointed as Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Pyramid Global Hospitality

Bill McKinney brings more than 20 years of experience spanning luxury hotels, restaurants and bars to his new role as Pyramid Global Hospitality’s corporate director of food and beverage. Most recently, he led food and beverage operations for more than 45 hotels across the U.S. and Caribbean within IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio. In his new role, McKinney will partner with hotels across Pyramid Global Hospitality to strengthen the performance of food and beverage outlets, advance strategic initiatives and continue elevating the guest experience.

Jennifer Boyce-Heller has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Azul Hospitality Group

Bobby Copeland has been named Regional Vice President of Operations at Azul Hospitality Group

Throughout his career, Copeland has successfully led hotel openings, repositioning initiatives, and operational improvements that enhanced guest satisfaction, strengthened associate engagement, and improved asset performance. At AC Hotel Beverly Hills, he spearheaded the launch of Nava Rooftop Bar & Lounge and transformed underutilized space into a revenue-generating meeting venue while helping position the rooftop outlet for significant growth. Earlier in his career, he opened both AC Hotel Orlando Downtown and Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach, consistently delivering strong operating performance and mentoring leaders across multiple hotel brands.
