Accor and Courbet sign a Sofitel Legend in Prague

Accor, a world leading hospitality group, and Courbet, chaired by Jean-François Ott, today announced an agreement that will see Accor assume management of The Mozart Prague hotel. Scandic extends Scandic’s presence in Nuremberg, Germany

Scandic has signed a long-term, revenue-based lease agreement with landlord Pandox to take over a hotel in Nuremberg, Germany, during the first quarter 2024. Strategically located near the city's historic district and central station, the new hotel will offer 311 rooms and event facilities for up to 850 people. Shared spaces will include a restaurant, a bar, a gym and a wellness area. Pandox recently carried out a major renovation of the hotel, which reopened in 2023.

Scandic to rebrand hotel in central Helsinki

Scandic Hotels has signed a long-term agreement with landlord Exilion to extend the agreement and rebrand the Holiday Inn City Centre in downtown Helsinki. Since acquiring Restel in 2017, Scandic has operated the hotel under a lease agreement with Exilion and a franchise agreement with IHG. From 2025, the hotel will be operated under the Scandic brand.
