Leonardo Hotels Acquires 'The Bristol Hotel'

The Bristol Hotel will be rebranded as Leonardo Royal Hotel Bristol, becoming the group's second property in the city. Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland, a leading hotel group operating 63 centrally located properties with more than 13,000 rooms, has announced the acquisition of The Bristol Hotel from The Doyle Collection. Following a rebrand to Leonardo Royal Hotel Bristol, the hotel will become the group's second property in one of the UK's most vibrant and dynamic cities.

Ultimate Comfort: Inside the Atlantic Hotel Frankfurt

The Frankfurt skyline has gained a striking new silhouette. In the growing Europaviertel, just west of the trade fair grounds and the central station, a new focal point has emerged. Developed by the Gustav Zech Stiftung and built to the designs of Cyrus Moser Architects, the 124-metre-tall Europa-Allee-Tower combines modern architecture with an intelligent mixed-use concept. Under one roof, the building houses the new headquarters of Sparda-Bank Hessen, the prestigious "Messeplatz" entrance to Messe Frankfurt, and the new Atlantic Hotel Frankfurt am Main. Spanning 20 floors, the 4-star superior hotel offers an urban retreat that seamlessly blends a metropolitan lifestyle with contemporary comfort and architectural distinction.

Numa has signed a long-term lease to operate 56 units for flexible stays at Chmielna 13A in central Warsaw, marking its first signing in Poland. The building is owned by a joint venture of Belgian real estate investor AYA Properties Fund and Polish family-owned Curtis Group.
