The company has announced the signing of the Hotel Corte Rosada, Affiliated by Meliá, a 4-star beachfront retreat set to open in summer 2025 in Alghero, on the island of Sardinia, located just 15 minutes from Alghero - Riviera del Corallo Airport. This strategic opening reinforces the Group's ambition to offer authentic leisure experiences in unique locations, while expanding its presence in Italy—from 8 operating hotels to a projected 15 properties by 2027.

tristar Austria GmbH will operate the planned hotel under the ibis Styles brand as a franchisee of Accor. The hotel is part of an innovative district development in the centre of Wörgl, being realised by Thurner Immobilien Gruppe in partnership with Sparkasse Kufstein, with a total project volume of around EUR 100 million. The project aims to sustainably revitalise the region and provide new momentum for urban development in Wörgl.

Dalata Announces First Hotel in Spain and Third in Continental Europe

Grupo Insur is a leading Spanish real estate company in operation for over 75 years and listed on the Madrid stock exchange.

Zélia Halkidiki Planned to Open in May - the First Destination by Hyatt Resort to Operate in Greece

The Hoxton set to shake up the Edinburgh scene with a new hotspot in Haymarket

This June, The Hoxton will open its doors in Edinburgh's vibrant and historic Haymarket. The design-driven, community-focused Hox will comprise 11 stitched-together townhouses set across both sides of the street, with original Georgian features celebrated and elevated by Ennismore's in-house design team, AIME Studios.
