Mandarin Oriental To Manage and Rebrand Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam in January 2026

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the option to sign two iconic additions to its portfolio of exceptional hotels from early 2025: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. The acceptance of the offer is subject to the completion of a consultation process with the relevant Works Councils, which will begin shortly. The Conservatorium Hotel is set to be rebranded as Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam in January 2026, following a comprehensive upgrade (the hotel will stay open during that period).

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the option to sign two iconic additions to its portfolio of exceptional hotels from early 2025: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. The acceptance of the offer is subject to the completion of a consultation process with the relevant Works Councils, which will begin shortly. Following completion of the transaction, Hôtel Lutetia will be rebranded as Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris.

The PKF hospitality group was a partner in finding a new brand owner for the Jadran Hotel in Rijeka, Croatia. Following agreement between Jadran hoteli Rijeka and Marriott International, the hotel will be rebranded as a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The deal is anticipated to mark the debut of Tribute Portfolio in Croatia and will be located in Rijeka, situated on the Kvarner Bay in the northern Adriatic - a gateway to the Croatian islands.

Each located within the Salgados Beach resort destination, the newly rebranded and co-located Westin Salgados Beach Resort, Algarve; The Residences at The Westin Salgados Beach Resort, Algarve; Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Center; and Marriott Residences Salgados Resort, Algarve, will be the first Highgate managed properties in Portugal to join Marriott International's portfolio.
