The Nautilus Hotel joins the Arlo Hotels brand portfolio and rebrands as Nautilus by Arlo

Quadrum Global today announced that its South Beach asset, The Nautilus Hotel, has joined the Arlo Hotels brand portfolio and has been rebranded as "Nautilus by Arlo." This is the first Arlo property outside of New York City, and diversifies the brand's portfolio to include standard-sized hotel guestrooms in addition to the "micro" concepts observed at the two New York-based properties: Arlo SoHo and Arlo NoMad. Nautilus by Arlo is reimagining the South Beach experience, bringing Miami's global urban perspective to the beach through technology-forward services and amenities, approachable design, and imaginative local programming reflecting the spirit of the storied locale.

SLS Resort Residence & Marina Hallandale Beach will mark the 12th sbe resort and 4th SLS branded property in South Florida. Set to open in 2022, the project will offer 290 hotel rooms including 50 condo/hotel units, 250 branded apartments, and sbe's award-winning Katsuya and S Bar food and beverage concepts. The property will also include sbe's mixology lounge and a 3-meal restaurant concept.
