Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is Now Accepting Reservations for Feb. 2027

The new-build, 800-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, the city’s tallest hotel and the Indiana Convention Center’s newest headquarters hotel, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. Once open, it will mark the approachable luxury brand’s first property in both the Midwest and Indiana. Owned by the City of Indianapolis with operations led by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, a municipal corporation of Marion County, the hotel will be located along the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District, with direct access via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center. The property will also offer convenient access to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, placing guests at the center of the city’s premier sports, entertainment, and convention destinations, bringing Signia by Hilton’s vibrant atmosphere, sophisticated amenities plus the world’s best meetings and events to the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

The transformation spans all 2,032 guest rooms and suites, the Regency and Crystal Ballrooms, and the hotel’s landmark Grand Ballroom, marking a new chapter for the lakeside destination. Since 2013, Hyatt Regency Chicago has invested more than $368 million into transforming the guest experience, beginning with a $168 million lobby and meeting space refresh and culminating in extensive, property-wide enhancements.
